Dr Thomas always has time to listen he is open minded about the delays. I give about what is troubling me. He tries different treatment if the first are not successful. I hardly ever have to wait in the waiting room for long. The receptionist are very helpful and usually fit me in at a convenient time.

Receptionist were very busy and were obviously dealing with an unusual problem - but kept their cool.

Every time I try a get an appointment I have a problem. The system is not gearing for working patients. Each time I attend an appointment I \have had to wait well over 25 mins and we are not made aware doctor is running late which is quite rude again.

Impossible to get through on the phone - reception is woefully understaffed. I have been trying since Sept 2014! Last Monday I walked down to the surgery to reg an appt was eventually and reluctantly given a tel appt with a triage nurse. I had to walk back have to take the call only to be told to come straight back down! Ridiculous!

There is growing difficulty to get through on the phone. My doctor says I can have an appointment with him when ever he is in and I'm having a mental health crisis. Let the nurses and the receptionist don't seem to respect what he told me.
